Something Christians were up in arms about awhile ago was the taking of “under God” out of the pledge of Allegience.  I have to confess, I thought it was aweful, too. This nation was founded on God and He is so much a part of our founding fathers’ beliefs and basic worldview. But one day I was talking about it to some friends of mine who I very much respect, and they surprised me. They said that “under God” should be taken out of the pledge because this country is not under God anymore. I was struck silent . . . and had to agree. 

Only a few people in this country are actually under God, following His commands. Some people have become very active in their quest to remove God from the roots, the foundation, of our country. And they are succeeding. This country is going to fall, as do all nations that turn their hearts from God.

Under democrats, man exploits man. Under republicans, man exploits man. Under God a nation flourishes.
